okay, who the hell is moe?
Moe Zart is an NPC from an old Disney MMO called Toontown Online. you can find him in his shop, More Scores Sporting Goods, on Alto Avenue in Minnie's Melodyland. he has no dialog, and he doesn't give you any tasks. the only reason people know him is because you can get a card in-game to summon him, which does good damage to every cog (enemy) on the field.
despite his complete irrelevance, Moe Zart is my favourite fictional character like ever. ever! ever.
Q: Literally Why
A: i used to be super fixated on a Toontown fangame that included Moe as one of the characters. i don't associate with the fangame anymore, but i still love its depiction of Moe!
in this game he was an unbearable arrogant asshole composer who thought he was better than anyone and everyone. i love this, and i kind of stole it for myself. i treat him like a little oc now.
